Svalson Sliding Window model Øresund

Vertically sliding window suitable for toll stations. The sliding window has a powder coated aluminium frame. The Øresund model has one fixed and two vertically moving sections. The bottom sliding section can be divided further into two, manually operated, horizontally sliding sections. All sliding sections can be operated independently. The upper sliding section is used when serving trucks and the lower when serving cars. The sliding window is manufactured with Parasol sun-reflecting glass, the top two sections having double glazing. The sliding window is equipped with a safety latch which prevents the window from dropping in the event of an accident. The Øresund is automatically locked in the closed position and at intervals across the entire opening height. The manually operated sections are provided with key locks. Control is by means of a control box.

Construction Motor, transmission, safety latch and automatic locking are integrated within the frame.
Locking Mechanical lock which automatically locks the window in closed position and at 50 mm intervals across the entire opening height. The horizontally sliding sections are provided with key locks (Armstrong). Additional key locks are optional.

Type of control A shared manoeuvre box is used to control both vertically sliding sections. The two horizontally sliding sections are provided with handles for manual operation.
Glass Vertically sliding sections: 4 mm Parasol grey + 9 mm argon + 4 mm Planitherm, future double glazing.
Horizontally sliding sections: 6 mm hardened Parasol grey.
Finish Powder coating in RAL colour of choice from the RAL standard selection, or satin anodized (minimum 10 µm) aluminium. Other surface finishes available as an option include painting or anodizing in various colours.
