Telemarketing Executive

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the generation and research of new sales opportunities and leads for the field-based sales team to follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a telemarketing and a lead generation role.

The Role:

  • Investigate and research new business opportunities
  • Explain the products and services offered
  • Qualify leads for the field based Sales Team to follow-up
  • Ensure the CRM database is updated
  • Liaise closely with the Sales Team – participating in monthly sales meetings
  • Office based, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

The Person:

  • Highly motivated and the ability to work on their own initiative to achieve agreed call objectives
  • Clear, articulate and professional telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrable Telemarketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of technical building products is desirable
  • PC literate with good organisational skills
  • A background in a specification sales environment is preferred
