Say hello to 21 Moorfields! We’re beyond proud to announce that we are involved with the huge project that has delighted the construction industry within London.
What is 21 Moorfields?
21 Moorfields will be the new London HQ for Deutsche Bank featuring offices and high-quality retail space. The approximately 546,000 sq ft site has been designed by the talented Wilkinson Eyre, after being commissioned just over 10 years ago. What’s more, this unique building is located directly above an existing London underground station in Moorgate, making it a highly technical job. Now, at 17 storeys high, it has come to a practical completion.

What is our involvement on 21 Moorfields?
Meesons are set to supply and install 21 Moorfields with EasyGate Superb Speed Gates. By having these in place, the building has got a layer of security to prevent unauthorised access into the building throughout various areas. This means both the people and assets within can not only feel safe while there but also be protected against potential threats. Going forward, Meesons are set to begin installations within the next 2-3 months, with a targeted completion of early 2024.

Where are we with the 21 Moorfields project?
With the project now being at practical completion, our Head of Project Delivery and one of our Project Managers have moved into the building! Working on-site allows them to collaborate with other stakeholders in the construction and continue their work altogether while being able to deal with issues hands-on.

Why are we so proud to be a part of the 21 Moorfields project?
Since this huge project specified us to supply some of their physical security, we couldn’t be prouder! This is one of our biggest projects to date, and we are committed to providing outstanding service from start to finish. Additionally, it is an impressive site to be involved with due to it’s many stand-out characteristics. From metal cladding elements with lower carbon footprint to the superstructure steelwork with high recycled content, it is innovative and forward-thinking work to be participating on.
