What is India Buildings?
Located within the bustling business district in Liverpool is the 1932-built India Buildings. Withstanding damage during World War 2 and steeped in unsurprising history this building is a unique and much-loved member of the modern business environment. Its much-anticipated refurbishment between 2017 to 2021 saw Falcon Chester Hall Architects transform this piece of history into a modern working space that occupies 4,500 HMRC employees.
Congratulations
As a northern-born company, we’re always proud to be part of regenerating our neighbouring communities and India Buildings, Liverpool is no exception.
We’re giving a huge congratulations to all that worked hard on this major refurbishment project and of course Falconer Chester Hall Architects for working with us to create an entry solution in keeping with the historic aesthetic.
