Class RC3 and RC4 Security Portals have been tested for resistance against break-in according to EN1627-30:2011 European Standards by Security Class. The tests are divided into two types; The first test consists of different static loads that are applied using a pressure pad connected to a motor-operated pneumatic ram. The second type of tests are practical burglary attempts made with different types of tools during a specified time limit.
Attack Resistant Class 3
Class 3 resistant products have been test certified by an Independent EU Test Laboratory and are manufactured in accordance with EN1627-30:2011. Class 3 products are subjected to attack by tools including long screwdrivers, a set of wood and plastic wedges, crowbars, pliers, hammers, knifes, tweezers, jacks and a set of steel wire hooks.
Intended severity risk/ attack: Deliberate forced entry of a well-protected domestic residence or commercial property using a wide choice of tools with little regard for noise.

Attack Resistant Class 4
Class 4 resistant products have been test certified by an Independent EU Test Laboratory and are manufactured in accordance with EN1627-30:2011. Class 4 products are subjected to attack by the same manual tools as Class 3, but with the addition of hacksaws with HSS blades, axes, heavy hammers, plate shears, bolt cutters and an electric drill.
Intended severity risk/ attack: Experienced attempt at forced entry of a commercial premises with no regards for noise.
Test duration: 30 minutes
Attack time: 10 minutes
